    Pine Hill Group is a leading operationally-focused finance and accounting consultancy and M&A advisory firm which provides a myriad of financial, accounting and pre- and post-Closing M&A services to small to middle-market public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks and accounting firms.


    • Supervise the accounting personnel of two reporting companies 
    • Oversee and be responsible for the maintenance of established control systems
    • Prepare monthly financials and Key Performance Indicators
    • Responsible for payroll and benefit reporting

    • Treasury management reporting

    • Responsible for vendor management and weekly disbursements
    • Maintain customer files, including the establishment and verification of billing rates
    • Coordinate expense reporting with third party vendor and financial reporting
    • Responsible for the annual budget and monthly variance analysis
    • Provide financial analysis as needed


    • At least 10 or more years in a related role
    • CPA preferred but not required
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • High level of interpersonal/communication skills
    • Highly organized, systematic, and process driven
    • Intermediate/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Must be self-motivated and forward thinking
